At International Camel Rescue Inc., we are a dedicated 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to rescuing, protecting, and promoting the welfare of camels worldwide. Our mission is to ensure that every camel receives the care, respect, and protection it deserves.
What We Do?
Advocacy and Protection: We advocate for the long-term safety and protection of camels by working with local authorities, policymakers, and international organizations. This includes campaigning for stronger welfare laws, protecting camels from exploitation, and ensuring safe environments for them to thrive.
Rescue and Care: We respond to cases of camels in distress, rescuing them from neglect, abuse, or unsafe conditions. Once rescued, camels receive immediate medical attention, nutritious food, and a safe, comfortable environment where they can recover physically and emotionally.
Education and Awareness: We work to educate communities, owners, and the public about the importance of camel welfare and responsible care. Through workshops, outreach programs, and educational materials, we promote understanding of camels’ physical, emotional, and social needs, as well as their cultural and ecological significance.
